Privacy Policy
RuinShield may collect account and contact details, company information, checkout metadata, support messages, saved searches, report requests, and technical usage data. Public license, registration, and board disciplinary records shown in results come from public government sources.
Information is used to provide verification search, authenticate members, route checkout, deliver paid workspaces or claim packets when live, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to data or support requests. RuinShield does not sell account data.
Some features keep data in your own browser rather than on our servers: the bulk contractor screener can save lists and re-screen them in browser-local storage until you clear or export them.
Members can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of account data where legally available. Public licensing records generally must be corrected at the issuing source before downstream views can update reliably.
Production uses essential cookies for login and session handling and limited, privacy-respecting analytics; any non-essential or marketing tracking will be disclosed and configured for consent before launch. RuinShield is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.
